Pirates Paradise All-Inclusive Vacation Package Includes:

• Welcome agent at Managua International Airport.
• VIP Lounge services when arriving to Managua International Airport (Service includes checking travel documents and baggage with immigration, customs and the airline. Consumption: 2 drinks).
• Air transportation to and from Managua Domestic Terminal (adjacent to the international terminal) and Bluefields Airport.
• Transportation to and from Bluefields to Pirates Paradise.
• Accommodations in ocean front four bedroom and two bathrooms house with running hot water.
• Guide, boat and fuel.
• All meals including packed lunches when off island (on tour).
• Unlimited free soft drinks, juices, local beer and local mixed drinks.
• Free use of snorkel gear.
• Daily housekeeping services.
• Daily cooking services.
• All resort taxes and service/gratuities.

Rates

All prices are in U.S. currency and subject to change without notice unless you have a confirmed reservation with a deposit.

Reservation Policy

A 25% deposit of total package is due at time of reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. You can make your reservation via telephone, online, or e-mail. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival are to be paid in full upon receipt of confirmation. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. If your final payment becomes 30 days overdue, your reservation will be released for resale and NO refunds will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by contacting us . There is 10% (of total vacation package value) administration fee for all cancellations which will be deducted from all refunds. If a cancellation is made at least 90 days prior to arrival - full refund less 10%; 61-89 days prior to arrival - 75% less 10%; 31-60 days prior to arrival - 50% less 10%; less than 30 days - NO refund.

Travel Insurance

Pirates Paradise does not provide travel insurance. However, we strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance from an independent agent at the time of your booking. Guests should ensure that this insurance protects against travel delays and/or cancellations, illness, injury, loss of baggage and personal items, personal related cancellations as well as other travel contingencies. Terms and Conditions

All itineraries and activities are weather and conditions permitting. Any unused portions of your travel package are non-refundable. Pirates Paradise cannot accept responsibility for any delay, inconvenience, or additional expenses incurred which may be caused either directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as inclement weather conditions, travel delays or cancellations, and/or acts of God.

When traveling to Nicaragua, please confirm all entry requirements. NO refunds will be issued due to the denial of entry because of lack of required travel documents (i.e. passport, proof of citizenship and/or respected visa required).
